First thing, let us demystify the term Therapy.  What is it?  Therapy is taking a class in you.  A class where you can become aware of how you feel, think and behave.  These are all components of who you are.  If you do not like the way your life is going, it is time to look at these components, and see what needs to be changed.  Knowledge is the key to understanding, and understanding is the key to eliminating fear.
