HELP! I think there is something wrong with me and
I am really scared. I do not know where to turn. Sometimes I
think it is all in my head, but it feels like I am going to die, lose
control or go crazy. Nothing seems to help. Nobody seems to
understand how I feel. My family is getting tired of my problems.
